Do’s And Don’ts When It Comes To Montreal Strippers

Ahh Montreal strippers…Some of the city’s best ASSets. All joking aside, adding strippers to your bachelor party is downright necessary and is fun for the whole group. However, there are some do’s and don’t when it comes to navigating the strip club and strippers shows. Here’s 6 do’s and don’t when it comes to Montreal strippers:

Strip Clubs:

Strippers MTL

DO Pre-Pay Your Dances

We see the same story every weekend. Some guy goes to the strip club, falls in love with a particular stripper, and keeps getting lap dances from her. Eventually, he’ll have to make an ol’ fashioned walk of shame to the ATM machine. It’s okay we’ve all been there…So let us save you. If you get a lap dance, pre-pay your dance. When the song is over, you get up and leave. This leads us to…

DON’T Tip…A Lot

Montreal strippers do plenty fine without your tips so don’t think you’re helping them pay their car loan by slipping them a $100 bill. They may huff and puff that you didn’t tip them, but who cares. Sure, if she does a handstand on your lap, give her five bucks, but nothing more. Just like your stock portfolio, it’s important to diversify the girls you get lap dances from.

DO Make Up A Funny Backstory

Have you ever wanted to be a deodorant tester (Real job, look it up)? Now you can be! The best part about the strip club is that no one is telling the truth. Join in on the fun and make up your own crazy backstory. Bonus points if you and the boys can keep the act up the whole night.

DON’T Believe Strippers

This one goes without saying, but we’ll mention it anyway. Don’t believe a word (one single word) of what strippers tell you. They’ve mastered their fake story and can tell it to you with a perfect poker face. It’s all part of the fun of a strip club.

Stripper Shows:

Montreal Strippers

DO Book More Than You Think

If you experience one of our strippers shows, you’ll wish you had more on the weekend itinerary. The girls are hot, fun, and the best part is that you get to enjoy the show in the privacy of your own house or hotel room. We recommend at least one show, but getting two is the perfect sweet spot. Personally we recommend a girl on girl show and legs and eggs brunch the next morning to really take the bachelor party to the next level.

DON’T Do Late Night Shows

As your Mom once told you, “Nothing good happens after midnight.” In one way she was right. Never get late night stripper shows because neither party is fresh and full of energy. The girls will probably give a lackluster show while you and your crew will probably be exhausted from the day’s festivities. Right before dinner or hitting the clubs is a great place to throw in some topless beer pong to get the night started.

Where Connoisseurs Need To Go In Montreal

For any true connoisseur of the finer things in life, there are four things that must be savored when traveling to a new city:

  • Food
  • Cigars
  • Coffee
  • Wom…Scotch

Welcome to the good life. Here’s where to indulge in Montreal:

Game Meat At Atwater Market

Montreal has several public markets spread out throughout the city that are loaded with local produce, meat, and fish. Walking around the market is an experience by itself with all of the different sights and smells. While there are a few public markets to choose from, we’d recommend heading to Atwater Market. Located right on the Lachine Canal, it is the perfect spot for any of the connoisseurs in your bachelor party group to nerd out. One of the best parts about the market for connoisseurs is that it stocks hard to find game meats such as kangaroo, bison, and ostrich. On the weekend, Atwater is packed with shoppers, but it is worth fighting through the crowds.

Game Meat Montreal

Cigars At Casa De Habanos

Casa De Habanos is the place to go for premium, aged cigars. Located right downtown on Sherbrooke Street, Habanos staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and their selection is incredible. You’ll find a wide variety of Cuban cigars, which is always a treat for our American guests. Pair a cigar with some port and you’ll have a great start to the bachelor party weekend.

Montreal Cigars

3rd Wave Coffee Shops

Montreal’s Mile End neighborhood is considered to be one of the trendiest AKA hipster-filled in the world. With a healthy amount of random tattoos, edgy haircuts, and expensive vegan food in this city, you’re bound to find good 3rd wave coffee shops (Whatever that means…) But since you like your artisanal coffee, we’d recommend trying Pikolo or Dispatch. Modeled after an Australian coffee house, Pikolo is centrally located and serves strong coffee that is perfect after a big night out (It pairs nicely with Legs And Eggs.) If you really are a coffee snob, head to the epicenter of all things hipster, Dispatch Coffee. The minimalist shop was designed for the customer to focus on the coffee and not the ambiance. Dispatch is well known among coffee aficionados so don’t be surprised if your coffee roaster buddy sneaks away for an hour or two.

Third Wave Coffee Montreal

Scotch Tasting At Burgundy Lion

If the whole bachelor party is scotch or whisky snobs, head to Burgundy Lion for a private tasting with a resident expert. They’ll walk you through the history behind the booze, where it comes from, and how it is made. They will answer any questions and will happily accommodate any special tasting requests you may have.

We’d be happy to help set you up with a tasting if that is something you’d be interested in. Give us a call (1-877-690-4919) or email us.

Montreal Bachelor Party Review: 26 Guys From Chicago

The Setup

Last week, we had a bachelor party group that came in from Chicago and the average age of the party was 31. They wanted to have a nice dinner, a boozy brunch, some clubbing thrown into the mix, and your traditional strip club visit for their Montreal bachelor party. They didn’t want anything too out of the ordinary, but the only challenge was the group’s size. 26 is a massive bachelor party. Luckily, we have all of the contacts necessary to pull off accommodating such a large group.

Montreal Bachelor Party

Soubois

The Plan

The guys originally wanted to tackle their accommodation situation on their own, but we they finally saw the light when we had an opening for them at our 3430 Sainte Famille property. (Click here to see the house brochure.) Here’s a breakdown of their weekend:

-Our (Gold) standard services: host, no cover, no waiting in lines, no tipping for entry, itinerary, no reservations, suggested beer/ activities tour
-House built specifically for bachelor parties in the perfect location. 4 floors, 5 bedrooms, and 4,500 square feet to get crazy
-Supper Club
-Brunch
-Strip Club Visit, 3 Bottles Total
-VIP Table Both Nights, 8 Bottles Total
-5 Party Girls To Break Up The Sausage Fest
Montreal Bachelor Party

3430 Sainte Famille

Execution

When dealing with such a large group, timing is key. We wanted to make sure the guys had enough free time to not feel like they were on a 8th grade field trip, but enough going on to occupy their time. This way no one in the group will burnout and miss an event or two because they are nursing a wicked hangover from the night before.

Two weeks before the arrival of the bachelor party, we sent over a tentative itinerary that laid out exactly how they weekend would look. We fine tuned some of their itinerary and locked everything down the week of their arrival.

Bachelor Party Montreal

La Voute

 Recap

I don’t want to get the guys in trouble with their significant other, but what I can say is that the weekend was a great time and went off without any hiccups. Everyone still has their job. No one went to jail. The guys already are planning a boy’s weekend next year…Only difference is they want a lesbian show next time they roll through town. Well played.

Why August Is The Best Month For A Bachelor Party In Montreal

While there is no bad time to have a bachelor party during the summer in Montreal, in our opinion though, August is the best month to come to Montreal. It’s the tail end of summer so the city is not as packed like June and July. There are tons of cool festivals happening every weekend during the month and last, but not least, local universities are back in session. I wonder what that means…

Osheaga

The first weekend of August (August 3-5) is Osheaga, the biggest music festival in Canada. It takes place only a 10 minute Uber ride away at Jean-Drapeau Park. It always brings in big artists and this year is no exception. It also attracts big crowds from all over North America and the world. Many festival goers go out after so clubs are packed this weekend, but we’ll make sure you’re partying with all the big names since we know what clubs they go to and can get you in. Just like Grand Prix Weekend, it brings in incredibly hot girls from all over.

Osheaga Bachelor Party

Île Soniq

Taking place the weekend after Osheaga (August 9-11), Île Soniq is not as popular, but just as fun. It’s crowd is a little different than Osheaga since the festival is more geared towards EDM fans, but usually some of the DJs that played the festival, DJ the clubs at night. We’ll walk you right into these hard to get into spots this weekend and make sure you see a big name DJ if that is your thing.

Montreal Ile Soniq

Tam-Tams

If hanging out and being surrounded by people on copious amount of drugs sounds like somewhere you want to be, then this is your scene. Taking place every Sunday, Tam-Tams is a good place to soak in the sun and sweat out your hangover after brunch.

Montreal Bachelor Party August

PoutineFest

When visiting Montreal, you have to try poutine. PoutineFest has you covered. Taking place in the Old Port from July 31st to August 5th, PoutineFest brings out the best poutine from around the city and country. From foie gras to macaroni to duck poutine, the fest has it all. Grab a few drinks, some poutine, and you got yourself a great afternoon.

Poutine Fest Montreal

College Girls

Finally, hot college girls come back to Montreal with the start of the school year around the corner. Most have nothing to do so you’ll find plenty of them when you go out. Friendly French-Canadian girls are one of Montreal’s best assets.

Montreal Bachelor Party Review: Last Minute 17 Guys From Boston

The Setup

Last week we got a call from a group of 17 guys from Boston that were coming in last minute. The average age of the group was 29 years old. Most of the group had attended another bachelor party a few months earlier, while for some they were popping their bachelor party cherry. Little did they know, Montreal bachelor parties are unique. The group, however, was ready to make this bachelor party epic and were down to get as many strippers, midgets, bottles, and party girls as necessary to make the bachelor party memorable (Something we always love to hear.) There was one big problem though. The group didn’t read any of our tips on where to stay in Montreal (AKA Don’t stay anywhere not named Montreal) and booked an Airbnb 30 minutes away in Brossard. ‘UGE MISTAKE.

Montreal Bachelor Party Review

The Plan

The guys still wanted to stay at the house in Brossard despite us telling them that would ruin the bachelor party. They soon realized their mistake. When they arrived at the Airbnb, they found out that the place was not theirs as advertised, but the host and his family were staying upstairs. The guys immediately called us and last minute we were able to find them a place to stay. They immediately took an Uber back to civilization and never looked back (If we could only tell you what the house cleaners saw..). Here’s what they booked:

-Our (Gold) standard services: host, no cover, no waiting in lines, no tipping for entry, itinerary, no reservations

-House built specifically for bachelor parties in the perfect location. 4 floors, 5 bedrooms, and 4,500 square feet to get crazy

-4 hot, young, impressionable party girls to prevent the ultimate sausage fest

-Bloody Mary Bar

-Girl On Girl Show

-Midget to add to the fun

-VIP Table both nights, 14 bottles total

-Strip Club VIP one night, 3 bottles total

Montreal Bachelor Party Review

Execution

It was pretty crazy getting everything together the same week, but we made it happen. 17 guys is a pretty big group and what club wants to have a giant group of guys show up? None, but more bottles is always the solution. These guys wanted to get rowdy and they got 7 bottles each night. In terms of an itinerary, we try try not to put a lot of events in the same day and we like to spread things out throughout the weekend. For example, we made sure the Blood Mary Bar was towards the end of the weekend to wake the guys up a bit and we even kept it a secret from the bachelor. The guys originally didn’t have a girl on girl show booked, but they soon let their sleazy senses get to them and realized they needed something to make the bachelor party even more memorable.

Montreal Bachelor Party Bottles

Recap

Overall, the bachelor party went off without a problem and the guys had a blast. While we can’t get into details, the guys thanked us for saving them from almost making a massive mistake and told us they are already trying to make any excuse to their girlfriends and wives to come back.

How To Budget For A Bachelor Party

There’s nothing that can end friendships faster than an argument about money. Throw a bachelor party, a few other guys into the mix, and you have a real life Titanic on your hands. When you’re the guy in charge of planning and hounding the group for money, chances are you don’t know everyone in the group. It’s important to follow these three rules when budgeting for a bachelor party so you don’t end up being hated by the group:

How To Budget Bachelor Party

Be A Dictator

We’re not making a political statement here, but dictators know how to make things happen. When you’re the one planning the bachelor party, you’re in control. It’s important to make sure the group’s interests are taken care of while looking out for your own. The beauty of this is you can sell the group on things you want while saying it’s for the good of the group. For example, you want a girl on girl show and you can take the angle that it will make the bachelor party more memorable. See how to do this? Get what you want, be a dictator.

How To Budget Bachelor Party

Too Many Cooks In The Kitchen

Everyone has their own idea about what they want to see and do. Not enough bottles, too many shows, Matt’s girlfriend won’t let him come if you go to a strip club…Everyone has an opinion. If everyone in the group has input on every decision, nothing will get planned.

You’re the groomsman for a reason. The best way to get around this hassle is to not listen to the haters and don’t ask what people want. Instead, give them a predicted budget and itinerary for them to understand what the weekend is going to look like. You’ll be happy you did, that’s all that matters.

How To Budget Bachelor Party

Initial Deposit

No one wants to be that guy hounding other guys, some you might not even know, for money during the bachelor party. It’s best to get an initial deposit from everyone before the weekend starts so you won’t be on the hook for most of the bill. Remember, Venmo is your friend…Repeat… Venmo is your best friend.

Where NOT To Stay For Your Bachelor Party In Montreal

Montreal is a pretty small city compared to Manhattan or Chicago, but it doesn’t mean every neighborhood is well suited for a bachelor party. We’ve been planning bachelors parties for over a decade now and we know how important being well located is to having an epic bachelor party weekend. Being in the perfect place close to all the bars and clubs not only saves you money on Uber rides and the headache of moving a large group of guys around, but lets girls know you’re not cheap (definitely sleazy) douchebags and they will want to come to your pad for an after party.

Here is where NOT to stay for your bachelor party in Montreal.

Anywhere Off Island

There is no way to sugar coat this one, but if you’re staying off the island, you’re a moron. It’s right up there with not getting bottles at the club. You came to party and have an epic weekend in Montreal, not St. Lambert. Besides ruining your weekend and making the bachelor party a huge sausage fest, staying off island becomes ridiculously expensive and a logistical nightmare taking Uber back and forth with 10 guys.

Good rule of thumb is if there is a bridge, burn it.

Where to stay for your Montreal Bachelors Party

Address doesn’t say Montreal? AVOID.

Postal code not in Montreal? AVOID.

If your Airbnb says that it is in Laval, Brossard, St. Lambert, Dorval, Pointe-Claire, or any place not named Montreal, GET A REFUND.

Easiest thing to know is stay DOWNTOWN. However, a lot of the honorable hosts fudge the location of their places. Use this guide to determine if it’s really a good location. Or if you want just give us a call and we will tell you in 10 seconds if it’s worth booking or not.

Where Not To Stay On Island:

Old Montreal

Old Montreal is a great place to stay if you were, for example, a couple in their 80’s taking in the French architecture. Luckily, you’re not. You are a bachelors party. This district of Montreal is EXTREMELY touristy during the day and is considered more family friendly.  Walk around the area before you go to a supper club, fine, but take the party elsewhere.

Map Of Old Montreal

Old Montreal Boundaries:

-South: St.Lawrence River                           East: Berri Street

-North: St. Antoine Street                           West: McGill Street

Gay Village

If you walk far enough east on St.Catherine, it turns into the gay village and if you walk into the strip clubs in that part of Montreal, you won’t see women stripping. It’s easy to see why this is the wrong area to stay for a bachelor party…

Where To Stay In Montreal For Your Bachelors Party

Map Of Gay Village

Gay Village Boundaries:

-South: Rene Levesque Boulevard              East: Papineau Street

-North: Ontario Street                                 West: Berri Street

Boutique Hotel

We get groups every year that book a suite or block of rooms at any hotel and end up getting kicked out. Why? Because a lot of hotels, boutique especially, don’t allow bachelor parties. They’re great for a weekend get away with your future ex-wife, but awful for bachelor parties. Don’t worry though, we’ve vetted all hotels that we work with and make sure they are bachelor party friendly. Just use as it chance to scout out places to stay on your return trip to Montreal for your divorce party.

Anywhere Outside Downtown Core

There’s a lot happening in Montreal during the summer…but that brings traffic. The joke in Montreal is that you are always 10 minutes from downtown, but everyone knows that is not the case. There are festivals every weekend that close roads and construction detours all over the city. Who wants to waste hours waiting in traffic when you can be making it rain at Kamasutra within minutes? Unlike other big cities in North America, where it costs a fortune to be anywhere near downtown, in Montreal, you can be centrally located and have it be affordable.

Top 5 Things That are Legal in Montreal

Though Vegas is known as Sin City, Montreal is the most liberal North American city when it comes to legal vices. It’s to your advantage while you’re in Montreal for a bachelor party to be aware of what you can get away with, legally speaking. Here’s our top five Montreal activities:

5. Betting on Sports

pictureThere’s always a game on in Montreal, and people putting money on it. If you want to test your luck outside the casino, try playing the sports book at anywhere lottery tickets are sold. If you want to see your financial failure/success live, try a sports bar.

4. Drunk Teenagers

pictureThe legal drinking age in Montreal is 18, the lowest in North America. This means high school and college-age girls are at the bars, drinking hard and becoming a lot more fun, and suggestible. If that’s your thing, we know exactly where to go, and if not, where to avoid. The legal age also entails that you can bring your younger brother to the bachelor party, and show him the best time of his young life, without his obviously fake ID causing problems at the door.

3. Touching Strippers

pictureThere are strip clubs, and then there are strip clubs where the girls make most of their money from clients’ touching them. Montreal has very few of the first, compared to the number of full contact strip clubs in the city. Why that is should be self-explanatory. Private dances are such a popular feature for good reason — anywhere but between the legs.

2. Exotic Massages

pictureHappy endings are the beginning of the services offered at the erotic massage parlours AKA “jack shacks” throughout the city. For instance, a full body massage means that she massages yours with hers (and usually a generous amount of oil). Certain places, and some of our favorites, tend to be more discreet. Best of all the employees of these fine establishments are from Montreal, not a shipping container. The quality is far beyond what you typically find.

1. Lesbianism

pictureOne visit to a Montreal strip club and you will quickly learn that lesbianism is allowed at the clubs (sans insertion). For a nominal fee of $20 per girl per hour  two ladies (who were raised with a lack of a father figure) will go down on each other. If you think that is exciting, for a way better time we can provide you with a private show at your hotel that will impress the whole group.

Montreal Trip Review: Little people, Big fun

The bachelor party review you are about to read is true: names have been changed to protect the innocent. Enjoy the recap of this wild Montreal trip.

The Call

picture James (fake name) called me a few weeks ago and told me that he was coming to Montreal  from New York for his best buddy’s bachelor party and like any best man he wanted to make it memorable.  The main issue James had was that everyone was in or just out of med school and that the funds were tight.  I assured James that we can make a bachelor party crazy on any budget, guiding him where and where not to spend.

The setup

pictureThe first place I was able to save James some coin was by setting them up at a 3 star hotel. The package I built for them included rooms at the Holiday Inn Express Downtown. Wait, I know what you’re thinking, that’s ghetto. At first glance, it may seem that way but this particular Holiday Inn Express is a few blocks from the nightlife. All the rooms are studio suites meaning there is a kitchen, 2 beds and a pull out couch, making it one of the best choices for sleeping 4 people comfortably on a tight budget. Overall, this hotel in Montreal is a great choice if your group does not demand a 4 star or better. By placing James here I was able to free up some cap room for the festivities.

Lesbians

pictureWhile James and his buddies did do the typical strip clubs and night clubs with bottle service (Bottle service is a must at least one of the nights) they wanted something over the top.  I always try to encourage our guests to get a lesbian show at their hotel. It easily becomes the centre piece of the weekend and is something people always remember fondly. We hand pick the girls ourselves (our interview process) and deliver a show unlike any other.

I sent them the two beauties.  Needless to say, James and his buddies were slapping me high fives with huge grins on their face after the show. Best of all, the price of a full blown lesbian show breaks down price wise to same as a couple lap dances per person, offering more bang for your buck.

Bring in the Big Guns

pictureAfter the show I set the guys up at Buona Notte one of the hottest supper clubs in Montreal. This place is where celebrities and the big boys go to party. The waitresses are all model hot and get real attention. Patrons here are used to popping multiple bottles and trying to out do the table next to them. While in a few years, James and his buddies will be able to order the bottles of Cristal (like our Grand Prix clients) to get attention, they did hire the right guy for the job. We opened the Connected tool chest and brought out our secret weapon : Harry The Midget.

pictureHarry is our little person friend who parties like a rock star. He’s better than any magnum of Cristal you can buy, guaranteed. If you really want to pickup or get attention include a midget bartender in your package!  For less than a price of a few bottles, Harry is up on the table dancing and pouring drinks for the boys.  EVERYONE notices, instantly we became the center of attention at the hottest nightclub in Montreal. Girls flocked to our table all wanting to take pictures with Harry and the cold model-like waitresses came over and partied with us all night. Everyone had more girls around them then they knew what to do with.

It does not matter how small your budget is, we will makes sure you guys have the time of your lives. Give us a call 1-877-690-4919  and we will take care of the rest.

Why the Summer Is Amazing for a Bachelor Party

A Montreal summer is the best time to visit, especially for a bachelor party. Here is why:

The Weather (Duh)

While the winters here are TERRIBLE, the summer months are amazing. The weather is very nice from May to October. Temperatures can get hot, as high as the 90s, making you forget just how cold it gets here in the winter. This is a great time for a bachelor party. You can expect clear skies and sunshine. Just remind everyone to pack their deodorant.

The Girls

Montreal girls are beautiful and, best of all, friendly. The winters here are so brutal that everyone takes full advantage of the warm summer months. This means that there will be LOTS of scantily clad ladies out and about for you and your buddies to chat with. Just walking the streets becomes an event.

The Patios

The patios (referred to as “terrasses” by locals) are the places to be during the day. Montreal has tons of bars and restaurants which will set up tables and chairs either on the terrace or the sidewalk. If there is sun, you want to be outside when drinking and hanging out. Crescent and Saint Denis are home to some of the best daytime drinking patios.

Sunday Bonus

If your bachelor party is in town on Sunday, then visiting Mount Royal is a must. Called the Tam-Tams, or just “The Tams”(french for bongo), it is the daytime event. The Tams is basically like going to the beach, minus the sand and water. Everyone just hangs out (usually stoned) in the park near the Sir George Etienne Cartier Monument. There are lots of girls in Bikinis for all the guys in your group to stare at or chat up. There is also a large drum circle and live action role playing which is interesting depending on your mental state.
