Decide On A Budget

In every large group, there are big spenders and guys who won't pay $15 for anything. Find the sweet spot that keeps everyone happy. Leave variable items like meals to each guy's discretion, but pre-pay the big-ticket items — bottles, VIP tables, activities — so they're already accounted for.

If you don't pre-pay, you'll be the guy on the hook chasing everyone down for Venmo requests from people you barely know. There's nothing more awkward than sending a payment request to some random guy who still hasn't paid you a month later.

One Daytime Activity, Maximum

Going anywhere with 10+ guys is a logistics challenge, especially when half the group is still recovering from the night before. If you insist on an activity — axe throwing, jet boating, go-karting — pick one. Otherwise, leave the day unplanned, walk around the city, and recharge for the next round.

Pace Your Drinking

We know you're excited. You haven't seen your buddies in a while and you're ready to start pounding shots at 11 AM. Easy. Great when you were in college, not so great years later. Slow and steady wins the weekend. It's a marathon, not a sprint — unless you sprint your marathons.

Get Bottle Service

Trying to get into a club with 15 guys, no connections, and limited French is a Hail Mary. Don't even try it — or you'll end up calling us Saturday morning for help. Getting a table with bottles makes your group look established, gives you a home base inside the venue, and attracts other people to your section.
