01 — ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Connected Montréal website (connectedmontreal.com) or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

02 — SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Connected Montréal is a bachelor party and group weekend planning concierge based in Montréal, Québec, Canada. We coordinate accommodations, dining reservations, nightlife access, activities, and transportation on behalf of our clients. We act as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers (venues, restaurants, transportation companies, etc.) and do not directly operate these services.

03 — AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. The legal drinking age in Québec is 18. By using our services, you confirm that you and all members of your group meet this age requirement for participation in activities that involve the purchase or consumption of alcohol.

04 — BOOKING AND PAYMENT

All bookings are subject to availability. Pricing, payment schedules, deposit requirements, and specific terms for each booking are outlined in the individual booking agreement or invoice provided to you. These booking-specific terms form part of your contract with Connected Montréal and take precedence over these general Terms of Service where applicable.

Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to changes in third-party costs, currency fluctuations, or other circumstances beyond our control, provided you are notified prior to confirmation.

05 — CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the specific services booked, the timing of cancellation, and the policies of third-party providers involved. Please refer to your individual booking agreement for applicable cancellation terms and deadlines. In general, deposits may be non-refundable depending on the proximity to your event date and commitments already made to vendors on your behalf.

06 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Connected Montréal acts as a concierge and planning service. We coordinate with third-party venues, service providers, and operators, but we are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or failures. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from the services provided by third-party vendors, including but not limited to accommodations, restaurants, nightclubs, transportation, or activity operators.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Connected Montréal for the specific booking in question.
  • We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or venue closures.

Participants assume personal responsibility for their own conduct, safety, and decisions during their weekend. Connected Montréal strongly encourages responsible behaviour at all times.

07 — USER CONDUCT

You agree to use our website and services lawfully and respectfully. You must not use our website to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any individual or group whose conduct we deem to be in violation of these terms, the policies of our partner venues, or applicable law.

08 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on connectedmontreal.com — including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, page layouts, and design elements — is the property of Connected Montréal or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

09 — PRIVACY

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Québec.

11 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
