WORST VALUE FOR YOUR BACHELOR PARTY IN MONTREAL

By Connected Montréal · Mar 16, 2026 · 05 MIN read

There are things you can do to enhance your bachelor party, and things that will tank it. We've been doing this long enough to know the difference.

Quick Summary

  • Overscheduling the day is the most common mistake; limit to one daytime activity maximum.
  • Limos are unnecessary in Montreal since top venues are within walking distance.
  • Skipping bottle service means fighting for the bar and spending more per drink anyway.

Stacking The Day Too Heavy

You're a bachelor party, not a school group. There is zero reason to plan every second of the day, especially if you went out the night before. At most, one daytime activity — axe throwing, white water rafting, go-karting. Leave the rest unplanned. You'll thank us later.

Limos

Limos might have been cool for senior prom. Montreal is a compact city — if you stay in the right neighborhood, the best bars, clubs, and restaurants are all within walking distance. If you need to go further, pile everyone into an Uber. Welcome to 2026.

Not Getting Bottle Service

If you're not getting bottle service, you might as well not go clubbing. No table means fighting for the bar, losing your group, and spending more per drink anyway. Montreal bottle service is incredibly cost-effective compared to other cities. Get a table. Get bottles. Don't be an idiot.

Standing In Line At Schwartz's

Trying smoked meat in Montreal is mandatory. Standing in line for two hours is not. There is always a massive line at Schwartz's, and cramming 10 guys in there is nearly impossible. The better move? Have it catered to your house, still piping hot, zero wait time. It's an obvious choice.
