Connected Montreal

Purchases through Connected Montreal are final once deposits are received. Certain changes may be subject to price changes and fees. Activities and events tickets are non-refundable. Group cancellations or no shows will be charged equivalent to 50% group rate total (total cost of services) if requested before the 72 hours no refund policy. Group services are fixed and cannot be altered.


A minimum of $500 as a deposit (non-refundable) is required to confirm reservations. No refund will be issued 72 hours prior to the arrival date. (We are not responsible for fluctuations in currency after the invoice has been created nor on exchange rates on credit cards or fees certain card companies may charge for international processing). Payment in full is required prior to arrival. No refund will be issued for cancellation. Grand Prix packages must be paid in full at time of booking and are 100% non-refundable.
